Categories you can scan
Why?
Categories are colour-coded tiles with product photos, so a shopper finds baby products, dairy or the cloud kitchen at a glance instead of reading a long menu.
Fresh groceries delivered to your door
An online grocery store for Kathmandu with categories from daily groceries to a cloud kitchen, a cart and customer accounts, and a spin-the-wheel for rewards. The same shop runs as iOS and Android apps with eSewa payments and live order tracking.

Overview
ShopIt brings fresh sabji, fruit, snacks and daily essentials to doorsteps in Kathmandu, from the browser or the phone.
The website lays out the categories, a kitchen menu of freshly prepared meals and the day's offers, with a cart, accounts and a spin-the-wheel. The apps add eSewa checkout, delivery time slots, live tracking with push notifications, Shopit Points and a Guest Mode for browsing before signing up.
Key goals
Four goals shaped the website, the apps and every path to checkout.
01
Make the whole range easy to browse, from daily groceries to the kitchen
02
Keep checkout short, with eSewa and a delivery time slot
03
Show every order's progress, from checkout to the door
04
Give customers a reason to come back: points and a daily spin
Our approach
One shop, three storefronts: the same catalogue and the same rewards on the web, iOS and Android.
Led the home page with offers, the kitchen menu and the category grid
Gave every product its own page with price, discount, Add to Cart and Save for later
Built iOS and Android apps with eSewa checkout, live tracking and push notifications
Added Guest Mode so new customers can browse prices before creating an account
Design decisions
Every choice follows one idea: from craving to checkout in as few taps as possible.
01 · Browsing
Why?
Categories are colour-coded tiles with product photos, so a shopper finds baby products, dairy or the cloud kitchen at a glance instead of reading a long menu.
02 · Rewards
Why?
The spin-the-wheel sits in the site header and on its own screen in the app, so the rewards are always one tap away and give customers a reason to open ShopIt every day.
03 · Delivery
Why?
The order screen shows each step of the delivery with live updates and push notifications, so customers know when their groceries will arrive without having to call.
